Walking in them can put immense stress on our knees which hugely enhances the chance of the wearer getting osteoarthritis. Studies have confirmed that high heel loving women twice as prone to getting osteoarthritis. Long term use of high heels will almost always result in some deformity. Calluses and bunions are all too common as are toenail infections.
